The following are within the scope of this Data Exchange Specification (DEX):

• Identification of the limitations of transporting the product in focus via land, sea and air.
• Identification of the specific modes and interoperable end items required to transport the product in focus and sectionalized elements.
• Identification of constraints and limitations related to the self deployment of the product in focus.
