Abstract

Provisioning and Cataloging captures the provisioning data for each part that comprises the end item (product in focus) along with the information related to part parent/child relationships. The data is used to support the supply chain management process. Data includes price information, packaging requirements data, part descriptive information, recommended allocations of parts, and information required to screen the part (e.g. DOD or NATO screening processes for assignment of Stock Numbers).
