Scope

The following are within the scope of this Data Exchange Specification (DEX):

• Demand Reference.
• Identification of person demanding (may include rank, role and organisation represented, etc).
• Specification of utility demanded; e.g. HP air to xx BAR, etc.
• Quantity of utilities required.
• The location at which the utility is to be used.
• Period for which utility needed, this may be defined as dates, may be associated work package.
• Reason for utility demand.
• Authority to demand.
• Identification of any special requirements.

The following are outside the scope of this Data Exchange Specification (DEX):

• The acquisition of utilities that do not already exist.
