This business DEX defines the information that will be required to ensure that the correct utilities can be provided for front line user/support communities within the requisite timescales.

Normally, it is expected that utilities will be associated with/provided through existing facilities, but they may also be provided by portable systems in non-standard locations. For example, this DEX could exchange information to support the ad-hoc provision of utilities such as a 115V 400Hz from a portable generator and/or static converter for use as a reference signal for the setting to work of a warship’s weapon systems.
