Scope

Information that identifies the asset, either by the original manufacturers identifier, or by an alias identifier that is defined by another organization, such as the owning, operating, asset management or maintenance organization of the asset.
Information that relates the asset to the part information that defines the asset.
Information that relates the asset to its NATO stock number, if that part is codified.
Information that records the operational state of an asset, including the associated date and time.
Information which records the change in state of an asset.
Information that identifies the documentation that is associated with the asset.
The physical properties of the asset, including incremental change to them.
Work Requirement information that may be created as a result of the change in state of the asset.
Information that is used to define the message that performs the transmission of the asset status information between the source and destination UK_Defence processes.

The configuration structure of the asset in terms of the relationships to the other individual “child” assets that form a part of it.
Informations that describes why or how a change in the state of the asset occurred.
The usage, fault, location, ownership or maintenance history of the asset.
