The Operation and Maintenance are structured to consolidate the pertinent information related to the anticipated operation of the system, the environment in which the system will be operated and maintained,and the system maintenance requirements which must be met. This information is prepared for the system, and for each subsystem for which maintenance requirements are to be imposed, and will also be prepared for requiring authority furnished equipment. When separate operational/maintenance requirements are established for wartime and peacetime scenarios, each set of requirements will be documented as separate entity instances. The number of instances of information that will be prepared shall be based on the logistics analysis conducted or by the requiring authority. The requiring authority may be a government organization or an industry (contractor) organization. A performing activity may be a government organization or an industry (contractor) organization.
