Information shown in the UML class diagram is as follows:

Facility identifies the facility by name, category code, and type that the system/equipment under analysis requires.

Operations and Maintenance Task Facility Requirement identifies a need for operations/maintenance facilities for a given task.

Facility Document contains elements to associate or map a document, image, or other electronic medium to a facility.

Document contains elements to describe a document, image, or other electronic medium.

Task Requirement contains task level information such as Mean Elapsed Time, Task Frequency, Task Criticality, Task Identification (ID) and Task Code.
