support_solution_performance Business Overview

This DEX enables the exchange of the decisions resulting from the analysis of feedback data about the in-service support of a Platform, System or Equipment (PSE). It will allow for the exchange of recommendations for change following analysis of one or more feedback reports. It also enables the assessment of the performance of the Support Solution against pre-determined metrics.
