Cross references to demands, issues, returns and receipts.
Raw Transactional data for Forward Supply Chain – covering: demand raised date/time; demand transmission time; demand processing time; materiel handling time; time for distribution – at each stage of distribution; receipt date/time; date/time taken on to account.
Raw Transactional data for Reverse Supply Chain to DSDA warehouse – for repair, return of obsolete items, or return of items surplus to requirements.
Discrepancy reports – for reasons such as: the wrong quantity delivered; the wrong item delivered; or items lost in transit.
Inventory managed by MoD and Industry Partners on behalf of MoD.

Derived Data – e.g. availability.
“Stores Defective on Receipt” reports – may be handled through anomaly reporting.
Information relating to OEMs/Industry partners outside of Inventory Management, such as procurement activities.
Reporting stockholdings at any point in time.
NOTE this will be modelled as part of Supply Chain modelling and this DEX may need to be revisited if stockholding feedback requires to be brought back in scope.
