Abstract

This document describes the UK_Defence Business Data Exchange Specification for the information content required to exchange the hierarchical view of a product based on the assembly of its constituent parts. This information is generated primarily within the manufacturing design and construction phases, but may be updated by design changes later in the life of the product. It is used frequently within numerous UK_Defence processes such as in the definition of the support solution.
