Introduction

This exchange enables the information required to ensure that items of inventory can be identified, that the correct authority and reason for the demand is known and that the information for appropriate consignment of the items is provided.

This DEX is to be used for items of supply that are held and will be provided from within the agreed UK Defence inventory. It does not cover purchasing of items from suppliers, nor management and planning of the inventory.
