Added Date_time and Local_time to the classifications possible. Given that the user may decide to only provide date info, time info or both, all the classifications should be possible.

There is no need to define date_time as a reference parameter as there is no requirement for that (as yet). It was confusing because the assignment in fig 1 was missing the ^date_time ref parameter from representing_date_time to make this explicit. This is only used internally to the assigning_time template so it need not appear as a ref parameter in assigning_time.
