Scope

Information that is used to define the message that performs the transmission of the work requirement information between the source and destination UK_Defence processes.
Identification of the persons or organizations that have raised and authorized the work requirement.
Specification of the reason why the work is required. This may include failure of a product to achieve an acceptable state because of known faults or outstandig required actions, or it may be a record of an observed symptom or condition.
Identification of all tasks known to be required to restore the product to its required state.
Identification of all tasks required to investigate what tasks are required to restore the product to its required state.
Sequencing or other procedural considerations to be applied in restoring the product to its required state.
All restrictions, constraints or conditions or standards which apply to performance of tasks to restore the product to its required state, including the acceptance criteria for the completion of each task.
Identification of the product upon which the work is required.

Scheduling of the work with respect to work on either this, or other products, activities, or programmes.
Authority to commence work.
Prioritisation of the work required against other work on this or other products.
