This DEX enables the exchange of information representing feedback and comment from the subjects of training, upon the training that they have received.

Successful training is essential to achieve efficient and safe performance of a programme. Assessment of training is far from straightforward and has traditionally often been less than successful. A particularly strong tool to get a meaningful assessment of training is to capture the feedback of those being trained. In addition to revealing the more obvious aspects, such as relevance, content and delivery, trainee feedback also captures crucial peripheral crucial factors which determine successful training.
