"Comprised_of" is ungrammatical. Change to "Comprises" or "Composed_of"

The items attribute of Scheme_entry_assignment should only be instantiated once. PLCS does not allow aggregate relationships (although [0:#] is treated as though it were optional). The implementation_location_id attribute should be abolished and location should reference Representing_scheme. Two Scheme_entry_assignments should be created for the other two relationships.
