Resolution: Accept. Status: open

This template has no characterizations. Although not specifically identified with the DEX overview(s) the relationship between a product and a breakdown element *may be dependent* upon a range of factors that can 'characterize' the relationship, such as date/time, effectivity, properties or others. This is not possible with this template because the product_definition_element_relationship is not present in the select types of the assignments of those above. For example; date_or_date_time_select used by date_or_date_time_assignment, does not include product_definition_element_relationship.
