The description of purpose in CBIS suggest a 1 to many relationship with configuration_item, however the mood model makes it clear that this is 1 to 1

template contains far more than CBIS requires. According to CBIS itt only needs purpose and relationship to configuration_item. CBIS or template needs changing

The CSRecord is a (CBIS) subtype of Record - therefore, inherits attributes of Record in addition to those specific to CSR.
