The information requirements table for the recommended_documentation DEX is shown below:

In terms of business objects, these information requirements are modeled as shown below in Figure 1.

NOTE    For clarity, not all of the dependent business objects - those that will make the model referentially complete - have been included on the diagram.

The Recommended Documentation DEX will allow for the description/definition of:

• The specification of the time period for which the resource recommendations are made.
• Reference to the underlying assumptions, constraints and risks (such as resupply times, provisioning methods, transportation times, budgets, required availability, Health and Safety legislation) on which the recommendations are made.
• Identification of the recommended documentation (both hardcopy and electronic), including related documents, to support the Platforms, system and equipment for which the associated Support Solution Definition was developed.
• Identification of the author, sponsor and releasing authority, as appropriate.
• The cost properties associated with each resource.
• Versioning of the recommendation.
• The status of the recommendation.
• The references to the organizations that make and receive the recommendation.
