Categorization of the item when packed for transportation, eg ‘Dangerous Air Cargo’ (DAC).
Fire classification when packed for transportation.
Toxicity classification when packed for transportation.
Dimensions, weights, centre of gravity, and/or other physical properties when packed for transportation.
Specification of the packaging methods together with the materials required to prevent damage or deterioration of the item of supply whilst being stored, handled and transported.
Specification of the package marking required for the item of supply.
Specification of the handling instructions and procedures required to prevent damage or deterioration of the item of supply.
Specification of the storage instructions and procedures required to prevent damage or deterioration of the item of supply.
Specification of the permissible ways in which the item of supply may be transported between locations.
Specification of the transportation instructions and procedures required to prevent damage or deterioration of the item of supply.
Specification of all security considerations to be addressed in transportation, including susceptibility to theft.
