Quantity of facilities required.
Option to identify a particular facility (if, for example, the demander knows that this facility will meet the need).
Period for which facility needed, this may be assigned by dates and may be associated with work package.
Reason for facility demand.
Authority to demand.
Identification of any special requirements.
Cross reference to utilities demanded/required. This may be achieved by reference to the related activities for which facilities and utilities are required.

The acquisition of facilities that do not already exist.
