Abstract

This document describes the UK_Defence Business Data Exchange Specification for the information content required to exchange the hierarchical decomposition of a product based upon a breakdown view of the configuration management elements required for support. This information is generated during support analysis which may overlap the manufacturing / production phase, but may also be updated by the impact of configuration changes later in the life of the product.
