Introduction

The scope of the Change Information UK_Defence Business Data Exchange Specification is based upon the UK_Defence Business Process Model information flow named Change Information, and whose class is defined to be:

Changes are authorised by an appropriate authority who can commit the resources necessary to implement the change. An authorised change is planned for implementation in all product configuration information, facilities, hardware and software impacted by the change. Change accomplishment is monitored and verified to maintain consistency between each item of the product and its product configuration information.
