GENERAL issues

Issue: PBM-1 by Peter Bergström (2009-04-15) major_technical issue
Resolution: Accept. Status: open

This template is not harmonized with other similar templates for subtypes of Product, e.g. with the identification of Requirment_view_definition. There is also another, newer template called the same but in singular (i.e. assigning_requirement), which makes things very confused. This template should be removed or at least deprecated on these grounds.
