The name of the organization (owner_org_name) as input parameter seems to be missing in the OASIS assigning_organization template. It turns out that it can be assigned optionally allowing both identifier and name to be assigned. The expressG graphic doesn't provide this information.
Add the optional parameter to graphical representation of the template.
