Is this template really necessary. Couldn't this be achieved by the usage of the template 'assigning_person_in_organization' instead ? That is my suggestion. Otherwise. The current content shows a huge overlap with 'assigning_person_in_organization', which means that persons and organizations can be instantiated in many different ways dependent on a Person and Organization initial context. The template should at least reuse the assigning_person_in_organization template and use its reference parameters.

The template should be restructured, so that the entity Approving_person_organization is part of template assigning_approval.

This template (assigning_approving_person) and template assigning_approving_organization should be deleted.
Instead, the two new templates created by Sylvia Schwab, DNV, representing_organization and representing_person_in_organizatoin should be used to assign the person or organization to an approval.

By doing this, we enforce the relationship to a person or organization for an approval, which I suppose is always needed. We also enforce the same implementation of persons and organizations in all other templates.

This issue was written in respons to the new template assigning_approval_person_organization by Sylvia Schwab, DNV. If this change is implemented, there is no need for that template to exist any longer.

I suggest this change is implemented, and this template deleted.

Use if this template is now deprecated (pending deletion) and the status has been set accordingly.
