The template should be restructured, so that the entity Approving_person_organization is part of template assigning_approval.

The templates assigning_approving_person and assigning_approving_organization should be deleted.
Instead, the two new templates created by Sylvia Schwab, DNV, representing_organization and representing_person_in_organizatoin should be used to assign the person or organization to an approval.

By doing this, we enforce the relationship to a person or organization for an approval, which I suppose is always needed. We also enforce the same implementation of persons and organizations in all other templates.

This issue was written in respons to the new template assigning_approval_person_organization by Sylvia Schwab, DNV. If this change is implemented, there is no need for that template to exist any longer.

Approving_person_organization added to template. Templates representing_organization and representing_person_in_organization used in place of templates assigning_approving_person and assigning_approving_organization. Use of templates assigning_approving_person and assigning_approving_organization now deprecated (deletion pending) and the statuses of these templates set accordingly.

Firefox has no xsl engine. Internet Explorer should be used for viewing xsl. Improving the performance of IE is beyond the scope of PLCS. The html version of Dexlib can be viewed using either Firefox or IE and produces much more rapid displays .

There are multiple errors in the path in template assigning_approval.

The invocation of template assigning_asserted_state uses the name of the entity (Approval) as a parameter instead of the reference parameter (^approval)

The binding of reference parameters at the end of the path binds reference parameters to new instances of the entities instead of as intended, to the reference parameters from template assigning_asserted_state.
