Scope

Reporting the current configuration of the actual product;
Reporting:
- the properties of,
- the states of,
- or observations on the condition of,
an actual product, before, during or after operational usage or performing a support activity;
NOTE This includes the reporting of fault states that have arisen on the product, as defined by a FME(C)A, or otherwise.
The identification of the element of the FME(C)A that defines the fault state.
NOTE The FME(C)A output may be communicated by the DEX fault_states.
Reporting the location of the actual product;
Reporting the environment in which the actual product was operating;
Reporting the usage of an actual product;
NOTE Usage means the activities that a product has been performing.
Recording the transmission of information by a specific use of this DEX.

Reporting the work performed on an actual product;
Reporting the resources used to perform work on an actual product.
NOTE The reporting of work performed and resources used is covered by DEX work_package_report.
The output of the FME(C)A, which defined the reported fault states.
NOTE The FME(C)A output can be communicated by the DEX fault_states.
