Introduction

This capability describes how the authorization for work to be done is represented.

This capability does not address:

describing the requesting of work or identification of issues (this is addressed by capability C065: representing_work_order)
describing the work to be done (this is addressed by capabilities C032: representing_activity, C015: representing_task, C062: representing_scheme);
describing the work that has been done. A summary of the work done is addressed by capability C064: representing_work_done and a detailed record of the work done is addressed by capability C059: representing_work_output.
