This capability describes how the text descriptions of properties are represented.

EXAMPLE A required property may be represented with a text string; "The laptop shall weigh less than 5kg". In this case, the text has been exported from a requirements management tool. The "laptop" in question may or may not be defined elsewhere in the data exchange set - i.e. all this captures is a requirement and its text.

EXAMPLE A quantity property may be represented with a text string; "As required".
