The purpose of this capability is to describe how environmental conditions are recorded.
The environment is the external physical conditions, such as average temperature, visibility, humidity etc.
This capability does not address the representation of a typical environment. This is addressed by capability C043: representing_environment_typical.
An example of where the record of environmental conditions is required is a record of the actual environment in which a Product_as_realized has operated.
