Key concepts and intended usage

This DEX is used to exchange a list of tasks of relevance to a specified context, plus a list of the resources to implement listed tasks.

If detail on the tasks is required, these should be communicated using the Task Description DEX.

The required resources for a Task List may not equal the sum of the resources identified for the individual tasks by their Task Descriptions, because of resource rationalization.

A Task List must have a context, for which it was developed and to which it applies.

A Task List may include, or may reference, a related justification.
