recommended_utilities Business Information Requirements

The information requirements table for the recommended utilities DEX is shown below:

In terms of business objects, these information requirements are modelled as shown below in Figure 1.

NOTE    For clarity, not all of the dependent business objects are included on the diagram.

The Support Solution Definition Resource Recommendation DEX will allow for the description/definition of:

• The reference to the Support Solution Definition for which the resources are recommended.
• The specification of the time period for which the resource recommendations are made.
• Reference to the underlying assumptions, constraints and risks (such as resupply times, provisioning methods, transportation times, budgets, required availability, Health and Safety legislation) on which the recommendations are made.
• Identification of the recommended utilities to support the Platforms, system and equipment for which the associated Support Solution Definition was developed, including location, facility identifier, quantity and any relevant availability information.
• The cost properties associated with each resource.
• Versioning of the recommendation.
• The status of the recommendation.
• Associations with relevant documents supporting the recommendations or processes.
