Introduction

The Recommended Item Stockholdings DEX enables the exchange information on the recommended stockholdings of spares, consumables, tools and test equipment to support the associated Platform, System or Equipment (PSE) in a specific support context, over a defined period of time.

The information structure for these types of resources will be different to other types of resources and they may also be communicated to different organizations and different systems to other types of resources, so they have been defined separately.
