Scope

The identification, naming, versioning and status of the PSE Usage Profile.
Identification of the platform, system and equipment (PSE) that will be used to fulfil the usage profile.
For any element of the PSE:
- Expected deployment / operational scenarios, locations, environments and their characteristics - both peace time and war time.
- Expected mission frequency and duration.
- Expected payload capability.
- Expected PSE life and usage parameters (number of operating days, hours, miles, flights, firings per unit time).
- Expected usage patterns and usage modes/roles of the PSE through life, expressed in terms of the life and usage parameters.
- Expected interactions with other platforms, systems and equipment, including standardization.
- Expected mobility / transportability requirements (modes, quantities, destinations).
- Expected autonomous operation capability.
- Allowable maintenance frequencies and periods (including relevant software support tasks).
