Resolution: Accept. Status: open

This template is not harmonized with template representing_value_with_unit.

Units are supposed to be defined in external reference data, and there is no need to duplicate the structure of units in the templates. The template representing_value_with_unit should be entirely sufficient for whatever purposes this template was designed.
