I would suggest that you make a template for the Resource_group_relationship only, similar to what has been made in other templates e.g. Representing_assembly_structure. Otherwise, your group will ever only consist of two members.

The above was just implemented in a new template representing_resource_item_relationship.
Therefore, this template is unnecessary and should be deleted.
