Why not use existing template Representing_document and use the defaults (or "Unknown" as class name of life_cycle_stage and
application_domain) for the Document_definition?
My understanding is that the Document_definition is needed for a complete Document information, I don't see why you would
not want it.
If you, when you rererence a Document, don't know what Document_definition is valid, you should use "Unknown" as the reference
data class name.
I think this template is overlapping existing templates and therefore unnecassary.
