DEXLib

Introduction

DEXlib is the development environment used to develop the PLCS Data Exchange Specifications (DEX). It contains up to date versions of all the PLCS DEXs and their constituent components.

Download Stepmod

The following steps are required to download a local copy of DEXlib.

  1. Download STEPmod for AP239lock

    Warning
    This download only contains the STEP modules and resources that are used in DEXlib. As AP239 has now been published as an ISO standard it is not updated very frequently.

  1. Download a version of DEXlib by clicking on the links above

  2. Create a directory, say "plcs".
  3. Unzip the stepmod and dexlib into this directory.
    plcs/dexlib/
    plcs/stepmod/

  4. Open: plcs/dexlib/dex_index.htm

Log files

The contents of DEXlib are rebuilt every night to ensure an up to date copy is available.
